 Ravelry is a great site for Knitting and Crochet - it's free, there are lots of free patterns (like above mentioned Golden Snitch), all you have to do is create an account!

Here is a great pattern for an awesome realistic looking Gold Fish, or I guess the better name would be Koi Fish, it is from a french designer, but a friend translated the pattern for her.

Christmas is here and gone....

Like most of you, I have been busy this holiday season. My new job with Teletech has had me in training for the past 4 weeks, and Tuesday I start taking live calls only 1 1/2 hours at a time for the rest of this week but next week is go live. I also completed my Crochet Projects for my Mother and Nephew. Mom: Her birthday was October 4th, so I made this "cake" for her

It's been a little time since my last post...

Hi to those of you who have found me here in cyberspace.  I apologize for not posting anything for a few days/weeks, the only thing I can say is I'm busy (like I know you are) making Christmas Presents for friends and family, and fighting stupid carpal tunnel in the process.

I know when I was in my 20's and older people would say, enjoy your time while you can, it is true - 40 hits and all of a sudden you start growing out, instead of up >_> aaaaanyway.. I found a pretty neat site, No More Rack Daily Deals (better than Black Friday!)

I know I'm going to be camping there for things I can't make lol, like an Apple iPad or an X-Box with the Kinnex or whatever it's called so I can dance away at home like a fool and burn some calories!!!  (CyberSanta can you hear me?) Anyway, it is the night before Thanksgiving here in America and a lot of people are doing their last minute preps to get up early and start cooking outrageous feasts.

My husband will be working, my son is going to his girlfriends, and will stay there (with her Mom) so they can get up at the break of.. whatever time sales starts and have blissful fun in the Black Friday Mayhem that will ensue.  God be with them.
